Use of the Site

This site is owned and operated by Nautilus Charts. The content on the site is protected by IIC Technologies Limited. These Terms of Use apply in addition to the terms or conditions of any other agreement, including any end user license agreement (EULA) between you and Nautilus Charts for products, services or otherwise, ("Product Agreement") but such Product Agreement will take precedence over these Terms of Use in the event of a conflict.

You may not reproduce, modify or commercially exploit any of the Content in particular, and you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from Nautilus Charts:

• Redistribute the contents in whole or in parts(s)
• Remove the Copyright or Trade Mark notice from any copies of the content made under these Terms
• Create a database in electronic / structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the content.

Limitation of liability and disclaimer

Nautilus Charts will not be liable for any losses, costs, claims or damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of profits) arising in contract, tort (including negligence and breach of statutory authority) or otherwise from your access to, or use of, or inability to use the Site or any Content or from any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using the Site or any Content.

Restricted access areas

You may not assign sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms to others. These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) apply exclusively to your access to and use of, the web site operated by Nautilus Charts. Your use of the Site and use or purchase of certain Services includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make transactions electronically.

The following terms and conditions apply to the purchases made from Nautilus Charts.com:

1. Registration

In order to complete a purchase all customers must register with Nautilus Charts, stating their name, address and e-mail and phone number. Only personal details that are required in connection with completing the order are passed on to third party. Buyer must indicate his current and valid e-mail address when placing an order, as all communication regarding said order will be electronic.

2. Products

The product supplied to the buyer is the standard product described in Nautilus Charts digital / online catalogue.

3. Pricing

Prices given are exclusive of any taxes, convenience fee & shipping costs. Shipping costs vary according to the chosen country of delivery or the product type.

4. Payment

The following credit cards are accepted as payment:

Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express.

5. Order Confirmation

An order once committed through the payment gateway will be treated as a firm and final order. There shall be no provisions for a transaction rollback. We urge the users to be careful whilst making selections before committing to the payment gateway. Nautilus Charts shall not be responsible for any wrong orders, not shall there be any repayment of dues on such wrong orders.

6.Shipping & Delivery

If your order is accepted, Nautilus Charts will deliver the products ordered by you to the shipping address you provide for delivery at the time you make your order. A user may also download the products (S-63 ENCs) from the secure FTP site after verification of credentials but the Cell Permits (Licence) will be sent to your registered e-mail.

7. Contractual Language

Agreements are made in English.

8. Entire Agreement

Nautilus Charts contact details set out on the NautilusCharts. com site and the information set out on the invoice sent to you with the goods, comprise together the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the products to you by Nautilus Charts.
